Vonage has been recognized with Frost & Sullivan's 2018 Best Practices Award for North American Programmable Communications Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership. The Best Practices Awards are presented each year to companies that are predicted to encourage significant growth in their industries, have identified emerging trends before they became a marketplace standard, and have created advanced technologies that will catalyze and transform industries in the near future.

Vonage has been named the winner of the 2018 Aragon Research Innovation Award for the Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) category. The Aragon awards recognize providers leveraging visionary use of technology to not only adapt as markets change, but to actively disrupt and inform how their markets will evolve. The Innovation Award recognizes Vonage's ability to provide fully integrated, powerful programmable communications solutions via Nexmo, the Vonage API Platform, that drive better business outcomes for their customers.

In addition, Jo Ann Tizzano, VP of Corporate Communications, has won the 2018 Aragon Research Women in Technology Award for PR. This award reflects the achievements of women who have demonstrated outstanding personal and professional growth and significantly contributed to the technology industry.

Vonage has been named Enterprise VoIP Company of the Year and has received a Mobile Breakthrough Award. Vonage was recognized for its proprietary platform, Vonage Business Cloud (VBC), which leverages the Company's robust unified communications as a service and programmable communications solutions to support today's growing mobile workforce.Devoted to honoring excellence in mobile and wireless technology companies, products and people, the Mobile Breakthrough Awards provide a platform for public recognition around the achievements of breakthrough mobile companies and products.

NewVoiceMedia, a Vonage Company and a leading global provider of cloud contact center and inside sales solutions, has been named winner of the Ventana Research 2018 Digital Innovation Award for Customer Excellence. Presented annually, Ventana’s Digital Innovation Awards identify the technologies that have the most striking impact in their respective markets. NewVoiceMedia won the 2018 Customer Excellence Award for its Conversation Analyzer solution, as the best example of innovation in a technology that supports customer engagement.

Leading unified communications and collaboration outlet UC Today has named Vonage's Vonage Business Cloud (VBC) platform the Most Innovative Product of the year. UC Today is dialed in to the innovations that are reshaping business communications, and this recognition for the VBC platform serves as further evidence that Vonage is taking the lead in meeting the communications needs of today’s businesses.

Based on its recent analysis of the Communications Applications and Platforms as a Service Industry, Frost & Sullivan recognized Vonage with the North American Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award for its comprehensive portfolio of solutions of both CPaaS and UCaaS.

This carrier-reviewed awards program is from the publisher of FierceWireless and FierceTelecom. Based on flexible and open standards, Nexmo's Voice API enables digital savvy companies to deliver better voice experiences when communicating with their customers within the context of their existing business workflow, backed by the quality, strength and reliability of the Vonage network.

Vonage was recognized at CASA’s Charity Gala on March 3 for our continued work and close partnership with CASA, a non-profit organization that supports abused or neglected children, with their 2017 Corporate Social Responsibility Award. Last year, we raised just shy of $4,500 from an employee swag sale and the Vonage Foundation matched employee contributions and rounded it up to a $10,000 donation. We continue to work closely with CASA to help children in our community.
