HOW CALL RECORDING SERVICE WORKS
With VoIP call recording service for business, you schedule and determine the recording parameters. From there the recording is automatic and made available on the Admin Portal for playback, downloading and even forwarding by email. As an added convenience, each VoIP call recording can be clicked on and listened to within the system’s Call Logs reports.
