Click-to-Dial is a browser-based plugin that’s convenient and time saving. Users can dial any number with one click auto dial. It is especially helpful for sales organizations and businesses where employees invest time working with web-based business tools, such as CRM systems. Click-to-Dial is a patented Vonage feature.

When you click a phone number on your computer screen, you’ll instantly receive a call on your Vonage phone. The moment you answer, you’ll hear “Please wait” followed by ringing while your party is being dialed using auto dial.

Click-to-Dial is an included feature that you get when you purchase a Vonage^® Business Cloud phone system. Click-to-Dial can be downloaded from the Google Chrome™ Store the Firefox^® Store, or as a direct download for Microsoft Edge^®. Once your auto dial app installs, simply log on with your account password and start browsing the web.
