Receptionist Console

The Receptionist Console is an add-on available for Vonage Business Cloud customers. It’s an ideal tool for companies that handle large call volumes on a daily basis, and are looking for a solution for the front-of-desk employee, or receptionist, to handle calls more efficiently. The user extension tied to a receptionist console service will be able to handle up to 50 concurrent calls!

Once this feature has been enabled on your account you can assign the service to any user extension (Metered or Unlimited). The service can only be assigned to one user extension. In order to assign more extensions to the receptionist console service and capabilities, the company will have to purchase multiple add-ons.

The console will then appear directly in the main navigation of the desktop app and integrates with your desktop phone.
